Cabbage and Potato Hash with Onions and Garlic

A hearty, rustic hash that’s easy to make and incredibly satisfying. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients

2 potatoes, diced
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add onions and garlic, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Stir in cabbage and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Warm and filling, this hash is the ultimate comfort food. Pair it with a fried egg on top for a delicious meal!
