Stir-Fried Bok Choy and Broccoli with Garlic and Ginger

This quick stir-fry is packed with crisp, vibrant greens and a flavorful garlic-ginger kick. A perfect side or light meal!

Ingredients

1 head bok choy, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Method

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Toss in bok choy and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until tender but crisp.
Add soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve warm as a side or over rice.

This stir-fry is fresh, fast, and full of flavor. The garlic and ginger combo gives it that perfect savory punch!
